On Behalf of our Global Consulting partner, Focus on SAP is currently seeking a freelance Kronos Functional Consultant for a remote based contract opportunity.  The successful Kronos consultant will be responsible for implementing workforce management solutions using both cloud based and on-premise Kronos products. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Kronos consultants to join a very successful and continuously growing organisation.
 
Skills Required:

• Demonstrated experience providing UKG (Kronos) time & attendance and scheduling solutions through full project lifecycle
• Identify and translate requirements into working solutions
• Facilitate workshops to identify/document requirements
• Develop prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer
• Configuration of solutions on different UKG (Kronos) products, user acceptance testing support, deploy and release to production environment
• Experience of Workforce Software (WFS) and/or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Communicate technical components in a non-technical way
