Position: SuccessFactors Succession Planning Consultant
Employment Type: Contract, Full time
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months initially with potential extensions

Focus on SAP is specialist SAP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale.
Client – Partnered with a global consulting partner that is recognised by SAP as a trusted implementation partner.
Role – This is a great opportunity for a SuccessFactors Succession Planning Consultant to join one of the largest enterprise level UK customer in implementing SuccessFactors and handling profiles for over 80,000 employees nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be designing and configuring Succession Planning in SuccessFactors.
- Leading key workshops and conduct whiteboard activities.
- Managed C-level stakeholder expectations in terms of business needs and SF product capability.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- 4+ years SuccessFactors experience.
- Have participated on at least 2 SuccessFactors end to end implementation in the area of Succession Planning or Career Development Planning.
- Previous project experiences involving 20,000+ employee data.
- A demonstrated experience in participation across project activities such as Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support.
- Must have provisioning access and hold Succession Planning or Career Development Planning certification.
- Cross modular experience with other SuccessFactors Talent modules would be beneficial.
- Consulting experience would be ideal.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and oral)
- No sponsorships will be provided and remote working from india only.
Salary – Competitive Day Rate (DOE)
