I work for an HCM competitor, is it easy to cross-train?
Of course! It would not be a problem at all. It goes without saying, not all systems are the same but the fact that you have experience within another system gives you the basics and builds on your existing skills from there.
I’m just starting out in my career, is SuccessFactors easy to get in to?
As mentioned earlier, it is easy to access SuccessFactors training and certification. However, I would advise you to find a company that is hiring junior members for their team. Although access to home training is great, nothing beats practical learning!
