Fantastic opportunity for a Workday Leader based in the US to join a leading Global organisation. My client is looking for a ' Workday Director' to spearhead their full platform Workday implementation. They are implementing Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and Workday Supply Chain in a big bang implementation across the organization.

This position will focus on strategy, product road-map, and people/programme management, where you will oversee the entire Workday programme, managing the 'Workday HCM Manager', 'Workday Financials Manager', and 'Workday Supply Chain Manager' to deliver a successful implementation and ongoing optimization in post production.
This role will be hugely rewarding as you will the main person driving the digital transformation through Workday for a company who's prescence is known worldwide.
This opportunity is based in remote, anywhere in the USA .
In an ideal world candidates will have:
- Experience managing 1+ Workday implementation
- Experience in at least 2 of the following: Workday HCM, Workday Financials or Workday Supply Chain
- Strong people management and programme management skills
- Experience leading the strategy and road-map for Workday
- Occasionally some travel may be required
