A fantastic opportunity for a Workday HRIS Manager to join a superb International Customer in a BAU environment.
 
This highly successful organisation are looking for either an experienced Workday Manager to oversee a team of analysts driving adoption, optimisation, releases & updates.
 
The ideal individual will have worked within the Workday Ecosystem for 5+ Years & have pre-existing management skills. Equally, this supportive business are equally open to a Senior Specialist looking to take their first steps into People management.
 
Position: Workday HRIS Manager
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent       
Start Date: May/June 24’
Location: North West UK
Hybrid: Ideally 2/3 Days a week on-site however flexibility may be granted for the right candidate
Rate: £85,000 - £100,000 Base Salary + Bonus/Benefits  


Skills & Experience Required:

▪️ 5+ Years Experience in the Workday Ecosystem specialising across the HCM Suite  
▪️ Ideally you’ll have undergone gone Workday Training/Fundamentals/Pro/SI Certifications
▪️ Overseeing, Manage, Guiding & Upskilling a team of International Analysts
▪️ Drive Workday efficiency, internal projects whilst delivering the Workday Roadmap
▪️ Strong Configuration, Enhancement, Improvement, Optimisation across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – Ability to champion Workday to improve adoption, buy in & benefit realisation. Working with a variety of stakeholders to understand business needs & translate into technical configuration solutions to meet the requirements & expectations for the platform
