- Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team.
- Ensure a timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct training and support for the client's payroll team.
- Uphold high standards of quality throughout project execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Active Workday US Payroll certification required; additional certifications in Workday Canada payroll and/or UK payroll are advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading payroll implementations.
- Demonstrated experience as a lead consultant.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and devise reporting solutions for project success.
- Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to Implementation Consultants and project teams.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all payroll solutions.
- Remain updated on the latest Workday Payroll trends and best practices.
