Join our Partner client's team who are expanding and are looking for an experienced Payroll Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Workday implementations while delivering outstanding value to our clients.
Role Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Workday Certified Payroll Lead Consultant to spearhead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing Workday US Payroll and will demonstrate the ability to lead a team of consultants in delivering top-tier solutions to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team.
  • Ensure a timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct training and support for the client's payroll team.
  • Uphold high standards of quality throughout project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Active Workday US Payroll certification required; additional certifications in Workday Canada payroll and/or UK payroll are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading payroll implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead consultant.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and devise reporting solutions for project success.
  • Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to Implementation Consultants and project teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all payroll solutions.
  • Remain updated on the latest Workday Payroll trends and best practices.
