Joel has over 20 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry and has been in the Workday ecosystem for over 4 years. He leads our global Workday business as well as working directly with some of our most prestigious clients. 

Joel has built a strong reputation as a thought leader and a trusted partner to our customers and candidates. He prides himself on his industry knowledge and has a self-confessed love of stats and data whilst also being direct and open. He doesn’t take himself too seriously and is recognised for his calm demeanour and problem-solving skills. 

He also sees himself as a global citizen having travelled extensively and enjoys working with customers and candidates all over the world. He values quality over quantity and it’s his job to ensure that we deliver the “wow factor” to both candidates and clients alike.
